That very night, the celebration moved to Ya'qub's "modest" home on a hill overlooking the harbor. Ya'qub and Sahra stood close together on a wide balcony, enjoying a drink and the view. Far below them a gibbous moon was reflected in the tranquil bay. You could not have set up a more romantic scene for Ya'qub's courtship! Hah!

Folks, I hope everybody will bear with me here. I'd like to play out the courtship and wedding of Ya'qub and Sahra. With Michael's blessing, I'd like to do something along the lines of Aladdin's wedding from the original Arabian Nights, i.e., a parade through town where Rajaf and Maarouf through coins out to the crowd as the procession passes by, followed by several days of feasting and of course, the wedding night. But that will be something just for Ya'qub and Sahra... Afterwards, Ya'qub will begin to get itchy feet and will be ready for a new journey. I'm still not sure if he will want Sahra to accompany the group, being a newlywed and all, or if he will be overprotective of her and not want to risk her to any more danger. We shall see. But I'm looking forward to what happens next!

(Waleed has me hopp'n like a one-legged river dancer!) I'll drop the next adventure hook when the time is right. It'll find you, no need to go looking for it- just "go on about your lives citizens, there's nothing to see here..."

Waleed has three gems from the Hag's cave. One goes to Keesha, one to Ya'qub and he'll keep the last. First come, first serve a emerald that even in the firelight blazed brilliantly. a golden pearl a pretty rose quartz

So, Mike is going to write up the wedding, right? Poor Mike, his work is never done It's the age-old curse of the GM... ask him what the room looks like, he's gotta tell you. Ask him to run your character's wedding, well, you get the picture...
